"Mastery means going beyond what we know...pushing through our perceived limitations...and achieving what we were told would be the impossible. Then practice, practice, practice...."

Mother Ann Briggs and Ross Briggs have reviewed and wrote textbooks for Milady/Delmar Publishing. Champion Beauty College, Inc. is a partnership school with Dermalogica, but does endorse all skin care manufacturer companies. All companies have something to offer, says Ross Briggs. Champions encourages all students to go into business for themselves if it is their heart's desire.
Ross Briggs, one of the founders of Champion Beauty College, Inc. has been written up in many newspapers on skin care, make-up application tips and protection to outdoor exposure from the sun, and remedies of what to and not to do in the sun. Publications in August, 1987 "Make-up for Fall Elegant"; February, 1984, "The Eyes Have It"; September, 1982, "Tones Melting Into Soft Color"; and May, 1983, "Don't Let Suntan Burn You" are some of the more popular articles. Ross Briggs has worked on a few celebrities to say the least along with starting out with doing Beauty Makeovers for Revlon, Inc. Although he has worked in salons for years, he takes pleasure in training his staff and students in the school. He is still currently being asked to give presentations to large technical trade schools for their programs as well. "I have always loved people and my family. I'm Italian and I love to give and share. I guess this is why I have a passion to teach. Mr. Brian King encouraged me to open a school after all the years in the business. My business partner, Jim Adams and I finally opened a school in May, 2000. I have worked in many schools and have a love for the Beauty Industry, says Briggs.
